In 2006, Tevell received the Archbishop James P. Lyke African-American Male Image Award for leadership and service to the community.

 

Tevell Rose is the one guy who shows up and performs FOR FREE at children's hospitals virtually every week. Now, Tevell needs our help. He is in need of a kidney transplant. The costs are staggering.

ABOUT TEVELL

Tevell Rose has been a full-time professional magician since 1992. He has appeared on television shows such as “It’s Magic,” WGN’s “Bozo Super Sunday Show,” WTTW’s “Wild Chicago,” and is featured in the upcoming television production “The African American Masters of Magic” produced by Ice Storm Entertainment Group.

He has entertained audiences all over the world and for such organizations as McDonalds Corporation, Starlight Foundation,

U. S. Cellular, Kraft Foods, Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, and CDW. In his hometown of Chicago Tevell has performed on WGCI Radio, at the University of Chicago, and for Chicago Cubs Baseball, Chicago Bulls Basketball, Dave and Busters of Chicago, the Ravina Festival, and the Chicago Bar Foundation.
